The passion flower contains alkaloids - substances that have anti-depressant properties. It was used by Central and South American indigenous peoples, including the Aztecs and Incas, as medicine and for its delicious fruits. Enjoy it together with your favorite herb or as a good tea!

Amount: 50 grams of dried flowers
To make tea: add 2 grams to 150 ml of hot water and let it steep for 30 minutes.
